Jeff Collins has renewed his successful business partnership with the newly structured Content Media Corp.. Jeff Collins opened the doors of his newest venture, Collins Ave, five years ago with a ground breaking partnership with Virgin America airlines for one of the first primetime docuseries on CW: "Fly Girls".
Collins Avenue is responsible for many hit television series, including the critically acclaimed documentary series American Colony: Meet the Hutterites, which was National Geographic Channel’s second-highest rated series of 2012. Collins Avenue also produces the highly successful Dance Moms franchise for Lifetime, as well as projects for Animal Planet, CW, TLC and E!.
In previous years, Jeff Collins oversaw the U.S. office of September Films, serving as a show runner for many long-running series and TV specials. He also served as an Executive Consultant on "The Pregnant Man" for Discovery, which was the highest rated show of 2008 for Discovery Networks.
Jeff began his career in non-fiction, informational programming, producing over 500 hours of documentary, news and talk. After a successful stint on the hit show Entertainment Tonight, he then produced the prestigious Intimate Portraits and Biography series. Jeff was eventually hired as the producer of Leeza, where he worked his way up to Vice President of Leeza Gibbons Production company. During his time at LGE, he was responsible for hundreds of hours of talk and a number of well-received specials and documentary.
SVP of Production
Michael, started his career working in music videos and commercials before landing in the world of reality at CBS/World Race Productions as a Producer for "The Amazing Race" and FOX/Granada’s Hell’s Kitchen, Producing multiple seasons of both shows. Michael played an integral role on The Red Bull Air Race World Championships and Red Bull BC1 (world break dancing championships) for FSW/Grace Productions. Prior to joining the Collins Avenue as the VP of Production in 2010. While at Collins Avenue Michael has been involved in launching multiple series for Collins Ave including “American Stuffers” For Animal Planet, “Outrageous Kid Parties” for TLC, “Dance Moms” and “Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition” for Lifetime, “American Colony, Meet the Hutterites” for Nat Geo, and “The Drama Queen” for E, among others.
SVP of Development
Melanie Moreau is SVP development at Collins Avenue. Previously, Melanie served as Vice President original programming and development at CMT where she developed and produced over 36 series for the network and a string of hits including the long running series Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team, Worlds Strictest Parents , CMT’s Next Superstar , Redneck Island and Party Down South. Prior to joining CMT, Melanie was Vice President of Development at Greystone TV and was responsible for the development and production of more than 500 hours of original programming for various networks including NBC, A&E, The History Channel, Lifetime and Discovery.
Melanie began her career writing and producing news features for KTTV in Los Angeles and later produced for syndicated entertainment news series Entertainment Daily Journal and Personalities.
VP of Current Programming
Sandi Johnson, Vice President of Current Programming, is an Emmy Award-winning producer who has worked on shows including Project Green light, The Bachelor, Hell’s Kitchen, and Undercover Boss (two Emmy nominations, Emmy for Best Reality Show). Most recently, she was the showrunner for two seasons of Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition. Sandi graduated from Smith College, and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
VP of Post
John Bradley, Vice President of Post, joined CAE 3.5 years ago creating the post production infastructure needed to guide shows to completion. Prior to CAE, John ran all domestic Tv for RedBull, where he was responsible for all the in-house operations related to the domestic channel's ongoing operations.
John joined RedBull following several years woking for Viacom and G4, where he served as Post Production Supervisor. In that post, he was in charge of operations for all new media and 50% of G4 original programming. John Bradley began his career in film production, working in various departments ranging from styling, art to camera and post.
VP of Development and Business Affairs
Lindsay Schwartz joined Collins Avenue in 2011. Since then, she has produced and worked on the development of several series such as Lifetime's breakout hit franchise, "Dance Moms", "Dance Moms Miami", and "Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition"; E!'s docusoap, "The Drama Queen"; Dance On's top-rated competition series, "Dance Showdown"; as well as multiple pilots and presentations for networks including National Geographic, HGTV, Food Network, A&E, WeTV, CMT and Style.
As a Los Angeles native, Lindsay has a deep-seeded passion for the entertainment industry. She received her law degree from Southwestern Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the California Bar Association.
Previously, Lindsay was an associate at Behr & Abramson, a boutique transactional entertainment law firm located in Beverly Hills. While at Behr & Abramson, she represented various television and motion picture writers, directors, producers and talent.

Director of Development
Kamico Drakes, serves as Director of Development at Collins Avenue, where she is responsible for assisting Collins Avenue produce and develop captivating talent, extraordinary stories and undiscovered worlds. During her tenure at Collins Ave, she has been apart of the development of “Fly Girls (CW)”, “Outrageous Kids Parties (TLC)”, ”American Stuffers (ANIMAL PLANET)”, “American Colony: Meet the Hutterites (NAT GEO)”; Lifetime’s juggernaut "Dance Moms", "Dance Moms Miami", and "Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition"; "The Drama Queen (E!)", “Dance Showdown (YOUTUBE)"; as well as multiple pilots and presentations for several major cable networks. Her passion for all things digital has lead her to champion and head CAE’s foray into original programming in the digital space. Additionally she has taken on the responsibility for CAE content and general web presence on several social and digital platforms.
Prior to joining Collins Avenue, she worked in production on TV shows "Bridezillas (WE)" and "You're The One that I Want (NBC)." While a project coordinator at the mobile marketing company MindMatics, she worked on call-TV shows "Take the Cake (BET)," and "Deal or No Deal (NBC)." She has also worked on several music videos and commercials with the likes of Ashlee Simpson, Raheem Davaughn, and John Legend while at Anonymous Content. Kamico is a Los Angeles transplant by way of NYC, and joined Jeff Collins and the Collins Avenue team in 2008. She is a graduate of Howard University with a degree in Radio, TV and Film.
Executive Producer for Dance Moms Franchise
Bryan is the Executive Producer of the Dance Mom's franchise which includes Dance Moms, Dance Moms Miami, Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition, Dance Studio Revamp, Dance Moms Chatter, Smoke Before The Fire, Abby's OMG Moments and many specials and reunion's. Other credits are C0-Executive Producer for CW’s HIGH SOCIETY and Fox Reality's SEDUCING CINDY and Supervising Producer for NBC’s MOMMAS BOYS.
Before producing, Bryan headed casting departments for NBC, ABC, FOX, Bravo, MTV, TLC, E!, TNT, TV Land, Fox Reality, GSN and Court TV. In 1993 he began his career in entertainment smashing pies and dumping slime as a live game show host for Nickelodeon.
Office Manager & Exec. Assistant to Hammond
As the first and last face Collins Avenue's visitors encounter, Casaundra's warm smile and charm brightens and inspires each guests' day. Casaundra, born & raised in Los Angeles, has been a member of the Collins Avenue team since 2012. Prior to Collins Avenue, Casuandra hailed from Santa Monica College, where she studied communications. Casauandra is an asset to the CAE team.
William L. Abrams received his law degree from Boston University. He earned a Masters of Law degree in Taxation from New York University and a Masters of Law degree in Corporate Law, also from New York University. Mr. Abrams graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Albany, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He is admitted to the bars of the States of New York and California, and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Prior to establishing the predecessor to AGMB, Mr. Abrams was associated with the national law firm Squadron, Ellenoff, Plesent & Sheinfeld, LLP. While at Squadron, he represented many multinational corporations in all aspects of their business existence, including the structuring and implementation of highly sophisticated securities transactions and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Abrams represented the various performing arts unions in lobbying for federal income tax legislation. Mr. Abrams began his career at the accounting firm Price Waterhouse & Co.
Mr. Abrams is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has published articles in The Journal of Accountancy and The New York Independent Film Monitor. Mr. Abrams is a member of the Board of Directors of several charities and not-for-profit organizations.
Mr. Abrams's practice areas include Entertainment and Sports Law, Corporate and Securities Law, Tax Law, Estate Planning and Business Management.
